How to Help

"To prevent child abuse"

Our mission is easy to understand, But how does it translate into action?

On our part, action means reaching out to a pregnant, bewildered teen named Tonya. Or lending a hand to Greg, an isolated, single dad who’s struggling to keep his family together while managing two jobs. Or counseling the Harris family, whose stability is threatened by mental illness—and an uncertain economy.

If you share our urgent concerns about child abuse, your action items can be just as clear-cut. You can do something, right now, that will make the children of your community safer and more likely to grow into happy, self-sufficient adults.

You can make a direct financial donation, lay the groundwork for planned giving, or volunteer your personal time and energy.

Please act now. Without support like yours, from individuals, businesses, corporations, civic organizations, foundations, and the United Way, our work cannot continue.

The men and women of Family Resources, and the thousands of children and families you can help every day, would like to express their heartfelt gratitude in advance.
