Volunteer at Family Resources

You can give your time to the families and children who share the region you call home—the people of Allegheny county and its neighboring communities—by becoming a Family Resources volunteer. Our volunteers are highly diverse, encompassing a wide range of backgrounds: teachers, social workers, professionals, homemakers, retirees, and students. As our communities themselves become ever more diverse, multilingual individuals are in a strong position to make a difference

Right now, our available volunteer opportunities include Parenting Warmline counselors, support group leaders, and public relations. For more information, please contact the Development Office at 412 363 1702 X1015, or email info@familyresourcesofpa.org

Due to the nature of our work with children, all volunteers will need current Act 33/34 clearances, FBI background check and drug screen. Our HR department is happy to assist you in obtaining this paperwork.
