OUTPATIENT THERAPIST
Purpose: To provide quality therapeutic services to families where child abuse has occurred.
Essential Job Function: Assess individuals and families, and develop interventions; Provide therapy and behavioral interventions; Complete psychosocial assessments and Treatment Plans; Perform case management and other activities related to client services.
Job Qualifications: Minimum MA/MS degree in social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related fields; Minimum one (1) year of relevant, post-Masters experience; Willing to be on call.
Preferred Attributes: Licensed individual preferred; Two (2) years post masters experience in the mental health field.

FAMILY BASED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL THERAPIST
Purpose: To provide intensive home based family therapy and support to families whose children and/or adolescent experience or have experienced abuse/neglect, meet the criteria for a psychiatric (mental health) diagnosis and are at risk for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization or other out-of-home placements.
Essential Job Function: Assess individuals and families and develop appropriate interventions to address client victimization and mental health issues; Provide therapy in an in-home environment or community setting; Develop a Comprehensive Treatment Plan and Crisis/Safety Plans; Perform case management and other activities related to client services.
Job Qualifications: Minimum MA/MS in Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related fields; Or MA/MS degree in Human Service, Education, Leadership or related field with documented completion of 3 year WPIC sponsored Family Based Training program and passing grade on CASSP Family Based mental Health Competency Exam; Or BA/BS degree in related field with documented completion of 3 year WPIC sponsored Family Based Training Program and passing grade on CASSP Family Based Mental Health Competency Exam; Minimum one (1) year post-Masters experience; Willing to be on call.

IN-HOME THERAPIST -- PARENT TEEN CONFLICT
Purpose: To provide quality therapeutic services to families where child abuse has occurred.
Essential Job Function: Assess individuals and families and develop interventions; Provide therapy and short-term behavioral interventions in an in-home environment or community setting; Perform case management and other activities related to client services.
Job Qualifications: Minimum MA/MS in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related fields; Minimum one (1) year post-Masters experience; Willing to be on call.

IN-HOME SPECIALIST
Purpose:  To prevent out of home placement of children and de-escalate crisis situations.
Essential Job Function: Provide daily activities and in-home services for families; Write Client Family Assessments and Treatment Plans; Complete paperwork and perform other client related activities.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field or 3 years formal training in related field with 3 years relevant direct service experience; Maintain a private auto and insurance suitable for transporting self, staff and clients in the course of work; Willing to be on call.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Purpose: To ensure professional and effective clerical and administrative support for office staff.
Essential Job Function: Provide courteous and professional customer service in person and on the phone; Demonstrate proficiency in key administrative areas, including typing, filing, letter-writing, postage, dictation/translation; Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: High school diploma/GED; Typing 40-50 words per minute; computer, proficient in Word for Windows; Good verbal and written communication skills including proofreading accurately, good spelling and grammar; Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines; Ability to work independently.
Preferred Attributes: Business or secretarial certification.

COOK
Part-time position located at our Family Retreat Center, Mars, PA
Essential Job Function: Plan, prepare and serve nutritionally balanced meals in accordance with established menus and schedules; Maintain clean and safe kitchen; Perform other job related duties as required.
Job Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) year experience in preparing and serving meals for 50+ people; Able and available to work flexible hours and weekends; Familiarity with commercial grade kitchen equipment and tools; Allegheny County Food Handler Certification preferred; Must have transportation.

TEAM LEADER
Purpose: Plans,  implements, engages, interacts, monitors the behavior and maintains a safe environment for the children ages 5 through 12 years in the Beverly Jewel Wall Lovelace Children's Program (BJWL).
Essential Job Functions: Supervise children and youth groups in all aspects of the program -- including activities, meals and socialization; Complete the necessary written documentation required for record keeping of the children's activities; Complete other duties as assigned by Program Coordinator.
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Ability to work as part of a team; Must be able to physically perform duties; Ability to follow instructions and provide instruction to children.
Offers a location for parent education, support, and recreational programming for family and neighborhood groups.

COOK/TEAM LEADER
Purpose: To prepare and serve nutritionally balanced meals to children in the Beverly Jewel Lovelace Children's Program (BJWL).
Essential Job Function: Plan, order, prepare, monitor and maintain inventories of food and supplies necessary for the food service component of BJWL; Maintain the food preparation areas and equipment to meet Health Department Standards; Serve as Team Leader consistent with the Team Leader description when not performing Cook duties; Complete other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator.
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in preparing food in large volumes, and of the health and safety standards required for the work; Certification for food preparation from the Allegheny County Health Department; Must be able to physically perform duties.

JANITOR/TEAM LEADER
Purpose: To clean the areas where the Fund for Children's Program operates.
Essential Job Function: Clean the equipment and the areas program facilities; Inform the Program Coordinator of supply needs; Comply with safety policies, practices and material safety data sheets (MSDS); Serve as team leader when not performing janitorial duties and complete other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator.
Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Experience with cleaning and other related maintenance tasks; Must be able to physically perform duties.
