Immediate response to
families in crisis
because of child abuse or neglect: Crisis Intervention Services:
Are offered for families whose children are at risk for being placed
outside the home because of physical or emotional abuse, neglect, or
disclosure of sexual abuse; services include support/education for
families working toward reunification.

Parent-teen conflicts: The
Parent-Teen
Conflict Program:
Offers crisis intervention, assessment, in-home counseling, advocacy,
and problem-solving and coping strategies to help parents and teens or
pre-teens manage conflict.
